About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at openthebox, you’ll be at the heart of our go-to-market motion, bridging marketing and sales to open doors with Europe’s leading financial institutions.
Your goal is to create meaningful conversations with the right prospects through smart outbound, account-based, and multichannel outreach. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, CRO, and Account Executive to target high-value accounts and run personalized campaigns that deliver real results, not vanity metrics.
You’ll become a trusted first point of contact for financial institutions and play a key role in building the next generation of openthebox customers.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other outbound tools.
- Design and execute multichannel outreach, including cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling, to generate qualified opportunities.
- Research accounts deeply, tailoring messaging to each organization and stakeholder.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine campaigns, messaging, and sequencing.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls with Account Executives.
- Track and optimize performance using CRM data and outreach analytics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learnings, feedback, and new ideas.

- Experience in B2B SaaS or financial services.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Lemlist.
- Prior experience in outbound prospecting or business development.
